His story begins in the United States Air Force, where he served as a Captain. There, Daniel developed the foundation that would define his career: strategic thinking, decisive execution, and integrity under pressure. Leading teams in high-stakes environments, he learned that trust isn’t given—it’s earned through consistency, accountability, and results. These principles would later become the backbone of his investment philosophy.

After his military service, Daniel transitioned into the corporate world, stepping into a leadership role in medical device sales at a Fortune 50 company. In a highly competitive, performance-driven industry, he distinguished himself not just through results, but through transparency and ethical leadership. Clients relied on him. Colleagues respected him. And Daniel sharpened a skillset that would prove invaluable in real estate: identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing with confidence.

But Daniel wasn’t content building someone else’s vision—he was driven to create his own.

That ambition led to the founding of the Daniel Mark Group, an investment and real estate firm rooted in integrity and long-term value creation. From the outset, Daniel positioned the company at the intersection of real estate investment, redevelopment, and strategic acquisitions. One of the group’s early milestones was the acquisition of Grand Canyon Home Supply, a well-established home supply business serving the residential renovation market. This move wasn’t just an expansion—it was a vertical integration strategy that strengthened the group’s position in the housing ecosystem and enhanced its ability to execute renovation projects efficiently and profitably.

With a strong operational base in place, Daniel turned his focus toward real estate development and value-add investments across Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix Metro area. His approach is deliberate: identify underperforming assets, unlock their potential through thoughtful renovation, and reposition them to meet modern market demand. Each project reflects a balance of financial discipline and community impact—revitalizing properties while elevating neighborhoods.

Building on this momentum, Daniel has stepped into a new leadership chapter as the Co-Owner and Head Broker of FirstTeam-Scottsdale, where he leads with the same integrity-first philosophy while scaling a modern, high-performance real estate office. In this role, he mentors agents, drives strategic growth, and delivers elevated service to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Scottsdale and the Phoenix Metro area.

Today, Daniel continues to expand his footprint in commercial and residential real estate, guided by data-driven decision-making and a long-term investment lens. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, he is deepening his expertise in market analysis, investment strategy, and commercial real estate fundamentals—further solidifying his role as a trusted operator in the industry.
